MegaCorp is everything I expected and everything I love. They’ve transformed this University into a well-oiled machine, an organization that now runs like clock work. My pockets continue to grow as planned, but so does this sense of emptiness that I cannot shake.
I miss the days when students wandered freely, laughing talking in groups, full of life and ideas. Now they’re hurried from building to building. The hallways that were once vibrant and joyful have gone replaced by MegaCorp bots who the students meaningless facts.
Sure laughter and the exchange of ideas didn’t produce millions of dollars, but I’m not sure I can give them up for profit.
