My plan is unfolding exactly as intended. Our new partner has smoothly integrated into our daily operations. For now, they remain a silent partner, though I can sense a subtle shift towards them gaining more influence.
They’ve placed some of their own people in key management roles here, but that’s of little concern. We all know who’s truly in control. I’ve clearly defined every position, and we have a solid future to look to.
