Pre-Production Finalization – Week 6

In order for me to know what to film and what exactly to say on camera, I had to fully complete the script for the video. Previously I made a script outline but I noticed how much I stumbled with trying to improvise the bullet points. I wanted to film the A-roll first so that I knew what B-roll I should use in the different scenes.

After I finalized the script, I then began to shoot the A-roll of Act 1.

When I set up all of the lights in the room, I really liked how it lit up the room so I decided to film inside of my bedroom. I also decided on that location because I wanted to have a laid-back environment. I wanted the audience to feel more connected to video.
