This is the first week that we actually did an interview!! It was very exciting and nerve wrecking. The guest was as previously mentioned Estee Widdershoven, and because she is my Graduate assistant coach for the tennis team, we decided that I would be a host on this episode for sure and we decided that this episode Cynthia Stokes would be my co-host.
We showed up early to set everything up and this way Estee didn’t have to wait very long to start her interview. We explained to Estee how the process would go and that where she would be standing, this way we were also able to frame the right shot for her.
We had the prepared questions ready and we started the Podcast, everyone was introduced and because of the way the episode was going we were able to build off Estee’s answers as well which makes it less of a static interview and more of a conversation which was nice.
After the episode was done, we got all the footage and audio to Cynthia as she would start editing this first episode.
After agreement we decided that Sam Richards, softball pitcher a VSU, would be our second guest.
