Stephen Andrew is the head coach of the Valdosta State University Women’s Soccer team. He has been coaching at VSU for 6 years and has led Women’s Soccer to 4 straight conference tournament appearances, including a semifinal appearance in 2017. In fall 2021, the Lady Blazers finished the season with a record of 11-7-1 and clinched playoff berths into both the Gulf South Conference and the NCAA. VSU finished the year with 39 goals and had 117 shots on goal. The berth into the NCAA postseason was the fourth overall in the history of the program, and the first for the Lady Blazers since 2014.
Estee Widdershoven is a Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Tennis team at Valdosta State University. During her collegiate career Estee transferred from D1 school, Long Beach State University, to VSU where she became a 3x GSC All-Conference player and All Decade player in the Gulf South Conference. Estee is also working towards a Masters degree in Public Administration.
Samantha Richards is a senior at Valdosta State University who is majoring in INDS. Samantha is currently going into her fifth season as a pitcher for the Valdosta State University Softball team. During her 2022 season, Samantha was named the Gulf South Conference Pitcher of the Year with being the first in the GSC (5th nationally) in strikeouts with 310, and being the first in the GSC (6th nationally) in Pitching Appearances with 43. She was also ranked second in the nation and first in the GSC in complete games.
