This past week my group and I got the opportunity to shoot our first interview with Valdosta State University’s tennis GA Estee Widdershoven. We decided that for this interview Etty Edward and I will be the host for this episode of our podcast. Before we met with Estee, my group and I met an hour early to set up and test our equipment. Once Estee arrived, we got her to stand where she would be in the podcast. We then adjusted the camera to her height and set the camera shot as a medium shot.
During the interview process, Etty and I introduced the podcast, ourselves, and our guest followed by starting off the podcast with our first question. We had a total of five questions to ask, but the conversation with prier questions allowed us to come up with different questions and topics to talk about.
After we finished Estee’s interview, we collected all of our video and audio files and transferred them to our hard drive. After that we contacted our second interviewee, Samantha Richards, to see when she is available the following week. After talking with Sam, we plan to film her interview next week on Tuesday.
