This week my group and I had a day scheduled to attend one of Valdosta State University’s women’s soccer practice to get b-roll for Coach Stephen Andrew’s podcast episode. Once we arrived to the practice field we set up our equipment to start shooting. While we were there our main goal was to get shots of Coach Andrew during the practice. We wanted to make sure we got some action shots of him coach to show his style of coaching the team. The second thing we wanted to capture at the practice was action shots of the team practicing. We wanted to include these action shots because it shows how hard the team is working for their next season and it reflects what Coach Andrew is teaching them.
The last thing we did this week was to continue editing our episodes and the trailer. During my time editing the trailer I wanted to make sure the trailer had every component it needed to reflect what the podcast was about. I decided to include our title, a funny clip from the podcast, introducing our guest and host, and shots showing our guest in each of their sports.
