This past week was our first week of our production phase. However, my group mates and I did not get to start filming due to our interviewees not being available because of scheduled games. Instead, we got together to write our interview questions for each interviewee. We decided to have separate questions for each interviewee because each athlete and coach have different achievements we wanted to focus on. After we finished writing our questions, we planned which interviewee we wanted to interview first. After discussing it and asking our interviewees their availability next week we concluded that our first interview would be with Estee Widdershoven.
After we scheduled our first interview the next thing we decided was when we wanted to set up our “podcast room.” We figured it would be smart to set it up the day before that way we have time to test equipment and visually see the set up before the day of the interview. Our plan is to get the equipment with will use during the shoot, set it up like we are going to film, and test the lighting and camera angles.
